Setup Office Consultation
Fill out new patient information prior to appointment in the patient portal.
New Patient Evaluation
The new patient evaluation takes one hour in person. Next is the discussion of diagnosis.
Discuss Treatment Options
Treatment options that we both agree on. Monitor patient on medication during follow-up visits.
Monitor With Follow-Up Visits
Visits are 20 minutes in person or via telehealth. We discuss lifestyle changes and therapy recommendations.
